Terms of use
Last updated 3 Oct 2026
Using NET
These terms govern access to NET, operated by Revamp Station. NET provides ministry resources and learning for approved churches, ministries and individuals. By using an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy notice. If you cannot agree, do not use the account and contact NET.
Accounts are for adults aged 18 or older. Access is subject to application review or an authorised invitation; applying does not guarantee approval. Keep application and profile details accurate and tell NET when your church affiliation or authority changes.
Your account and your church
Use your own account, keep credentials private and report suspected misuse promptly. Do not share invitation links, impersonate someone else or allow others to use your account. You can sign out of all devices in Your account.
Church administrators must invite only people they are authorised to invite, explain the progress visibility described in the privacy notice, and use member information only for legitimate church learning and administration. Do not export or share members’ records beyond people who need and are authorised to receive them.
A church or NET administrator can deactivate access while retaining learning history. Changes to your church membership may affect access to collections and assigned learning. Ask NET to review an access decision or correct a record through the contact below.
Resources, permissions and ownership
Resources belong to NET or their respective authors and rights holders. Access gives you permission to view them and use available downloads for your own learning and permitted ministry use, subject to the licence or usage notes on each resource. It does not transfer ownership.
Do not sell, publicly redistribute, re-upload, remove attribution from or claim authorship of resources unless the rights holder expressly permits it. A download button is not permission for unrestricted redistribution. Contact NET when you need permission or believe a resource infringes someone’s rights.
External resources and services have their own terms. NET does not control their availability or content. Exercise judgment when applying ministry teaching to your own setting.
Learning, written work and certificates
Submit your own work and acknowledge sources or assistance where appropriate. Do not copy another member’s answers or attempt to obtain private answer keys. NET reviewers may grade, return work for revision or correct an error in accordance with the course requirements.
You retain rights in your original written work and collection notes. You permit NET and its providers to store, display and process that material as needed to deliver learning, review submissions and operate the service. Do not submit material you have no right to share, confidential information about others or harmful content.
Certificates record completion of NET course requirements. They are not academic accreditation, ordination, a professional licence or a guarantee of competence. A verification link reveals the limited certificate details described in the privacy notice. Contact NET about grading, name or certificate errors.
Acceptable use
Use NET lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass others, upload malicious files, send spam, interfere with the service, evade access controls, scrape private member information or use NET to infringe another person’s rights. Do not test security against a live service without permission; report a suspected vulnerability privately through the contact below.
Availability, changes and ending access
NET may update resources, course requirements and features, or interrupt service for maintenance and security. We aim to preserve acknowledged learning records but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that work not yet saved to the server can be recovered. Keep permitted copies of important certificates and downloads.
NET may restrict or end access for misuse, security concerns, loss of eligibility or a legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us for review. Urgent protective action may take place first. You may request account closure at any time; information is then handled as described in the privacy notice.
Responsibility and applicable law
Resources are provided for ministry learning. They do not replace professional, legal, medical or safeguarding advice. NET takes reasonable care in operating the platform but does not guarantee that every resource is complete, current or suitable for every situation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NET is not responsible for indirect loss caused by unavailable third-party services, misuse of an account or reliance on a resource outside its intended purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Please contact NET first so we can try to resolve a dispute fairly. Any unresolved dispute remains subject to the courts or statutory authority with jurisdiction under applicable law; these terms do not remove mandatory legal remedies.
Changes and contact
NET may revise these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version. We will bring material changes affecting members to their attention. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using NET and request closure of your account.
Use the contact details below for questions, permission requests, corrections or complaints. Describe the issue without sending passwords, invitation tokens or unnecessary personal information.
